We went on this break out of season but still had all our entertainment and facilities at hand, lots to do, staff extremely friendly, will definitely return again, made lots of new friends.

Obviously it was February 2011, the weather was quite mixed, but the complex itself is perfectly positioned for touring the Lakes and also Scotland. We found the reception very helpful, and the swimming pool, sauna etc, very good. All in all very well worthy break.

I love Silloth and especially Solway Holiday Park. My friend and I and kids and dogs come as much as we can all throughout the year. We stay in the chalets in winter and camp in the summer, it's a great place for everyone.

It's a lovely park, very friendly staff and very family friendly. It is very well located for exploring the surrounding areas and the lakes. The chalets are very comfortable and altogether a very relaxing holiday.

If you have children this is the place to go. Great park, soft play area, farm, site train, pool and lots more. The area of Silloth is nice and clean. Friendly locals and the towns around the area are well worth a visit.

The park has excellent facilities for families. There was plenty to do onsite and the beach was within walking distance. The accommodation was good, large bedrooms and living room. Would recommend this holiday for families. We would not hesitate in going back.

Solway Village is a great destination to relax and have fun, the place is beautifully located near the sea front and close to nature....amazing place to de-stress loved the place, would have loved to continue for some more days if only had more vacation.

The accomodation was perfect for us - warm, clean, close to the facilities and the park was outstanding - a train, play park, farm, sand pit, bar, take away as well as being right on the beach. It was so much more than we were expecting and we will certainly be going again!

There is loads to do and see in the day, and at night the park offers you entertainment. The farm on the park is a lovely touch and the children loved this, the pool and the play area were a big hit too. I would definitely go to this park again as everyone is friendly, and the accommodation has ample room and is clean.

Our holiday party age ranged from 1 year to 55 and we could not fault the facilities as there was something for all age groups. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable of all our queries. Our stay could not have been more pleasurable!

A fabulous park, and this was our second year. We like the play area, indoor heated pool and there are great gounds for the kids to cycle and roller-skate safely. You have no need the leave the park if you want the kids to run free and the adults to chill. But if you want days out - Carlise Castle and Gretna Green are within driving distance. I'll be back again next year!
